Only 5 days left here in New Zealand before I’m leaving on a jetplane… That’s rather strange when you come to think about it. Seems like yesterday when I was diving amongst sting-rays at Poor Knights Island, and drinking cold Tui’s afterwards in the hot evening breeze. Those days are definitely over now, as the temperature drops to 5 degrees in the nighttime. Brrrr!!!

Friday we’re handing in our last assignment. This time we have to collect all our stuff produced this year, and edit it into a nice looking showreel. It’s actually a good thing to do before you leave class; being able to present your stuff in a professional manner on a DVD.

Just before I went home on the bus, I bought a wonderful icecream down at the harbour, and took this picture while I ate it. Sigh - sure am going to miss this city and all my new-found friends. But, needless to say, I also really look forward seeing all my friends and family back home.
