Bye bye New Zealand.
July 2nd, 2007That’s it. 11 months of hard studying and exotic lifestyle is over. In about 1 hour I’ll be leaving for the airport. It’s a very strange feeling inside, having to say goodbye to all the friends you’ve made down here, knowing that it might be a long time before you get the chance to see them again.

The last couple of days has been spent in friends company. Matthew and Kate took me out for a fantastic and very posh dinner, at a place downtown called “The Grove”. Very minimalistic, and very rich in taste, color and appearance. That experience is definitely going to be one of my best memories from NZ, although there is so many to choose from.
And last night we had our last dinner at Kohimarama Road. Bee Choo and David cooked a wonderful piece of lamb, with tamarillo salat, and fried sliced potatoes. It was really nice, but also a bit strange knowing that this was your “last” supper with my family nr. 2. Sure am going to miss them. So now. On the plane with me, goodbye to winterish New Zealand and all my friends; sure hope that I’ll see you all again soon. ![]()
